By accessing or using StylesGen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Alpha Testing: StylesGen is currently in alpha testing. The service may change, be interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Description of Service

StylesGen provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology that allows users to:

• Extract clothing items from photographs
• Apply extracted clothing to model images
• Generate virtual try-on visualizations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Free Credits and Usage

During alpha testing, new users receive 20 free credits. Each processing job (extraction or try-on) uses credits based on:

• Processing mode selected
• Image complexity
• Processing parameters

Credit allocations, pricing, and usage policies may change during alpha testing. We will provide notice of significant changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Upload images containing nudity, violence, or illegal content
• Upload images of minors without parental consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Resell or redistribute Service outputs without authorization

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images through our AI systems
• Store your images and generated outputs
• Display results to you within the platform

6.2 Generated Content

You own the generated output images. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the input images used to create them.

6.3 Our Rights

StylesGen and its related marks, logos, and technology are owned by us. You may not use them without permission.

7. Service Availability

No Guarantees: As an alpha service, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Specific output quality or accuracy
• Data backup or recovery
• Continued availability of features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using StylesGen, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

You must not:

• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer our AI models
• Scrape or collect data from the Service automatically
• Remove watermarks or attribution (if applicable)
• Use our technology to create competing services

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

AI Limitations: Generated images may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We make no guarantees about output quality.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLESGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your content
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: Request details about personal information we collect
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Any reason during alpha testing

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
